STRESS MANAGEMENT
Designed as a guide to self-help, these sessions focus on stress management through breathing and relaxation techniques. Ideal for helping to overcome stressful situations and events, e.g. surgery. We discuss recognised coping strategies, mindfulness and energy.
Tailored to your requirements, these one-to-one sessions can be performed either lying or seated. 

Please wear comfortable clothing, which is not too bulky. You will be asked to remove your shoes.
