CHAIR YOGA
Chair Yoga offers all the benefits of traditional yoga, including improved circulation, muscle tone and relaxation. Just like traditional yoga, it can be energetic or relaxed to suit your requirements and can be adapted depending on ability. Benefitting all ages, it is an ideal way to boost positivity leaving us feeling healthier and more energised. Requiring very little space, it is easy to do anywhere, once you have learnt the poses.
Lack of regular physical activity has been found to be one of the main causes of chronic disease, however, it is not always possible to exercise if your mobility is restricted. The onset of age, injury or other factors may mean chair yoga is a better option for you and the ideal way to still "work-out."
Whenever the weather permits chair yoga classes will be held outside.
Sessions last 1hr.
